Last updated: 2026

Zeenailist Academy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through the booking form on this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you submit a booking request we store:

• Your full name

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your booking request — to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp to confirm, reschedule or discuss your appointment. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and we do not use them for marketing unless you separately ask to be added to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept only as long as reasonably needed to manage appointments and related record-keeping, after which they may be archived or deleted.
