Yes, we work strictly by appointment to ensure every client gets dedicated time and full attention.

No deposit is required prior to your appointment!

Yes! We operate 7 days a week.

We specialize exclusively in gel nails to prioritize your natural nail health and strength.

A standard session takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to make sure every detail is flawless.

Yes, soak-offs are charged as a separate service to ensure we have enough time to remove product safely without rushing or damaging your natural nails.

No, we do not refill foreign sets. If you are coming in with nails done elsewhere, please book a soak-off so we can safely remove them and start with a fresh Zeenailist set.

We recommend coming back for a refill after 2 weeks to keep your nails balanced and looking fresh.

Nail fixes are complimentary within the first 7 days. After 7 days, repairs are charged at R20 per nail.

Yes, extra length requires additional time and product to build properly, so longer sets carry an extra charge.

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let us know at least a day (24 hours) before your appointment so we can offer that spot to someone else.
